Good question You can go for ATI Radeon 4850HD. It'll cost around Rs.2200.

No Display

To troubleshoot computer problems is require the perfect procedure.Like a computer display nothing. how we proceed...
1) Check whether moitor and cpu is powered on. If one of them isn't change the power cable. Same problem.
      i) If it's the monitor then u need to replace or repair it.
     ii) But if is cpu then check your smps.
2) If both are power on. Remove VGA cable from cpu to see the raster image. If it shows the raster image
    then        
    there is some problem with cpu.
3)Remove the ram and wait for continous beep. If there is no beep. there is some problem with your
    motherboard or processor.
4)But if there is continous beep then re insert the ram and wait for short single beep. If there is no beep check  
    your numlock status working or not. If it's not your ram need to replaced with a new one.
